this video shows the process I folowed in order to remove the B Post Interior Trim Panel.

you need to remove
1 plastic screw at the top behind the carpet far from the door
2 machine screws at the side behind the carpet on the side of the door
1 self tapping screw at the top behind the bulky part of the hoow stowage compartment seal. (note that screw can be extremely rusty due to its exposure to the environment)
a bead of sikaflex that runs along the whole edge of the interior trim.
